Delivery Period: Our products are shipped out within 2 to 3  business days of the order placement, and customized designs take an additional 2 days.  All Jon Alexander Furniture designs are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Hudson, Wisconsin.  Tracking information is emailed to customers the day of shipment. Product Warranty: Jon Alexander Furniture provides a 10-year warranty period following purchase for all products we sell.

Return Policy : You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping and our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If a product or part of a product arrives damaged, notify us by phone or Email within 3 days and we will have a carrier response made and send a replacement to you. All returned products must be in original new condition and packaging; otherwise additional charges may be applied.   To Return a Product : Please email support@jonalexander.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name. Or call us at (866) 235-4545. We will give you an RMA number and a return address. Wrap the package carefully. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.

Sales Tax: We do not charge any sales tax from our customers outside of  Wisconsin.
